Make the issue easy to locate
Include the public page address, the passage or control involved and the change you think is needed. A public source is useful for a factual correction. For accessibility, describe what you were trying to do and the obstacle. You do not need to disclose a personal work history to report a problem with an article.
Keep private information out
Do not send passwords, authentication codes, employee identifiers, rosters, internal instructions, location-sensitive information, pay records or private personal documents. This site has no upload form and does not access employee accounts. The email link opens your own mail application; correspondence is processed by the email providers involved.
Use verified support for actual work questions
The publisher cannot approve a shift, alter a schedule, recover an employer account or resolve an employment matter. Use your verified workplace process. For public orientation, consult Allied Universal’s Login Portal or its Earn More page. Those pages are external sources, not services supplied by Roster Fieldbook.
Use the publication contact address to report a broken source, an unclear passage or an error. Include the article address and a public reference. This website does not access employee accounts, accept private employment records, or provide official employer, HR or account support. No response time or service outcome is promised.
Read Privacy before sending correspondence.
